Mathematics and Physics have been my passion, and in spite of a hostile math teacher in grade school who was determined to fail me at every turn I was dedicated to learning on my own time.  By the time I was in 9th grade, I ran out of math classes to take at high school and undergraduate level and started taking graduate level math classes at the University of Michigan.  In my professional career I leveraged my mathematics background to tackle a wide variety of challenging technical projects, including security and networking.
